In its 4th edition in Vietnam, the 2026 MICHELIN Guide selection revealed a total of 193 establishments, including 11 One Michelin Star (2 new), 72 Bib Gourmand (11 new), and 110 Michelin Selected (9 new).
Hanoi has 38 Michelin-selected restaurants, they showcases good cooking and were recommended by the Guide. The list signifies that the restaurants use high-quality ingredients and their chefs demonstrate a strong mastery of their craft, though they’re not yet met the strict criteria for a Star or Bib Gourmand.
